To improve the efficiency of a building energy management system. Primulus uses quantum inspired technology in order to remove and prevent scale and rust in the chill water system and city water pipes. This technology would dissolve any existing deposits without the need of any cleaning chemicals. It is applied onto the existing water circulation system without changing the pipes nor create any downtime. The technology consists of five key control systems; intelligent monitoring, water filtration, water quality monitoring, bacteria and water purification control system.
